Each container is a high-touch, personalised journey for those ready to face truth, integrate shadow, and live from authenticity. My approach weaves neuroscience, somatic therapy, and transpersonal psychology into a coherent path back to wholeness.

We focus on regulating the nervous system, developing body awareness, and building inner safety as a base for deeper work.

We work through somatic parts work, transpersonal inquiry, and integration practices to anchor your truth in the body and live from that place of grounded authenticity.
A high-level mentorship for those who have walked the path and need a reflective space to stay aligned. Designed for practitioners, leaders, and seekers navigating new layers of growth, this container refines how you embody your truth amid life’s complexity.
Most of us weren’t taught how to feel safe in our own bodies.
We learned to survive- by disconnecting, performing, overfunctioning, shutting down. But survival isn’t the same as wholeness. And over time, the body starts to signal what the mind tries to ignore: fatigue, anxiety, disconnection, numbness.
My work is an invitation to return to yourself - not as a project to fix, but as a home to remember.
I guide people through a body-based, trauma-informed process of healing that honors the intelligence of the nervous system. Using Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and neuroscience-informed tools, we work gently with the parts of you that hold pain, fear, and protection. Not to push them away - but to listen, to integrate, to soften.
This is not about striving to become someone else. It’s about rediscovering the clarity, capacity, and wholeness already within you. Whether you're navigating emotional overwhelm, chronic stress, relational patterns, or the integration of peak experiences, our work together will focus on safety, truth, and deep reconnection - with your body, your boundaries, and your inner knowing.
I hold space for people who are ready to live with more presence, softness, and sovereignty. It’s not always comfortable - but it’s profoundly alive.
